Hola a todos mis amigos de SWC espero que se encuentren muy bien en el día de hoy y en esta otra gran ocasión les vengo a traer una fotografías de quedada en casa de uno de nuestros grandes amigos Johnny donde nos dió una quedada en su casa para poder ver la competencia SWUB Vll donde estuvimos varios de nosotros ahí viendo la emocionante competencia donde acompañamos con refresco, galletas, palomitas y demas cosas para seguir viendo tremenda competencia, pues nos entretuvimos mucho con la entrada de cada uno de los atletas como Tony Gastelum, Victor Allendes, Ismael moro, haechan, radoslav, gustav, etc... Donde los 3 primeros fueron los ganadores de la competencia donde me sentí muy orgulloso junto a todos mis compañeros ya que Venezuela quedó en podio de 2do lugar hecho por Víctor Allendes nos lleno de orgullo y nos mostró el verdadero esfuerzo que tuvo que hacer todos los años desde 2019 que había ganado la tercera SWUB hasta ahorita pues fueron años de aprendizaje, esfuerzo y mucha fuerza para el pero volvió nuevamente para demostrar de que esta hecho y lo logro de la mejor forma posible, todos alegres pues igual nos alegramos mucho por Tony gaste ya que es un atleta al cual admiramos bastante por el increíble freestyle que tiene pero nuestro corazón estaba en Víctor Allendes pero bueno a pesar de todo un 2do lugar es bastante y algo glorioso a pesar de que no muchos piensen de la misma forma, es lograr quedar en el podio y siempre tener esa mentalidad del primer lugar pero siempre al final habrá un solo ganador pero siempre uno debe tener esa mentalidad de ganador, pues disfrute bastante todo este día y al mismo tiempo aproveche celebrarlo trotando para completar los 5000k pasos en Actifit donde los hice con el mayor ánimo y orgullo posible 🙌🏻❤️.

Hello to all my SWC friends, I hope you are all doing well today and on this other great occasion I am here to bring you some photos of a get-together at the house of one of our great friends Johnny where he gave us a get-together at his house to watch the SWUB VII competition where several of us were there watching the exciting competition where we accompanied ourselves with soda, cookies, popcorn and other things to continue watching the tremendous competition, because we were very entertained with the entrance of each of the athletes such as Tony Gastelum, Victor Allendes, Ismael Moro, Haechan, Radoslav, Gustav, etc... Where the first 3 were the winners of the competition where I felt very proud along with all my teammates since Venezuela was on the 2nd place podium made by Victor Allendes, he filled us with pride and showed us the true effort he had to make every year since 2019 when he had won the third SWUB until now, because they were years of learning, effort and a lot of strength for him but he came back again to show what he is made of and he achieved it in the best way possible, everyone happy because we are still very happy for Tony Gaste since he is an athlete we admire a lot for the incredible freestyle he has, but our hearts were with Victor Allendes, but well, despite everything, a 2nd place is quite a lot and something glorious, even though not many think the same way, it is achieving a place on the podium and always having that first place mentality, but in the end there will always be only one winner, but one must always have that winning mentality. Well, I really enjoyed this whole day and at the same time I took advantage of celebrating it by jogging to complete the 5,000,000 steps in Actifit, where I did them with the greatest spirit and pride possible 🙌🏻❤️.
