Hello everyone! 👋 We still had gloomy weather yesterday but a lot better today. During the past rainy weeks, I had insomnia attacks. And early this week I have been suffering with muscle spasm on the neck. And I thought to get rid of it, I should do some jumping or running. My brothers when I said that had given me 'are you out of your mind faces'. I had been doing stationary jogging and different types of stretching and even zumba dancing then and now after 3days I am feeling a lot better compared to yesterday and the day before. And I only took 2 paracetamol tablets for pain. Indeed, moving around and good rest (sleep) are great medicines.
I found this stretches before bedtime on the Internet last night hoping to do it again tonight. Just finished work.
