First full day on our holiday location, lots of walking and a small rock climbing together with my daughter, she liked it so much she wants to do it every day now, the hill with rugged rock is only 20 meters tall I think but still it's pretty!
The Internet is pretty bad here so it's even hard to upload photos..
Without my mountain bike, I still wanted some exercise so I brought my old running gear, this was my first run in two years and with elevated terrain, only 78 meters according to strava but it was a good exercise to keep my heart and legs awake for my cycling trips when I'm back home, if I don't do anything for two weeks, I'm afraid I will lose what I've build up in the last two months, at least part of it.
