All types of curls, apart from hammer curls, feel better with kettlebells, but maybe that's just me.
Bayesian Curls are done with cables and that's the perfect way to do them, but when there are no cables kettlebells are better than dumbbells for Bayesian Curls. Dumbbells keep hitting your sides and obliques and this makes the movement not so smooth, but kettlebells just flow.
I love kettlebells, damn. With time I'm certainly going to replace dumbbells with kettlebells in a lot more exercises and you'd surely be hearing about it 😀.
