The forearms are the easiest muscles to train, if you ask me. All the exercises for it always feel so easy and kinda fun. This right here is my favourite forearm exercise.
Three muscle groups give me the most masculine energy/feeling ever aftet I train them: forearms, shoulders, quads. One might feel too lazy to train shoulders and quads sometimes, or it might just be that you couldn't make enough space for them to train them properly, but forearms, I'm so happy that forearms are part of the muscles that give me that feeling cos it's so easy to achieve with forearms. Forearms can fit into any gym day for me. I bet for you too.
If you're a man go to the gym and find out the muscle groups that make you feel most manly/masculine. It's usually shoulders, legs and forearms, but who knows what else you might find. That masculine feeling is like a drug, you'd wish you found out sooner.
