The Waiter Curl is a very good exercise for the biceps. It builds the long head of the bicep responsible for the wideness of the bicep and a good peak. It is mostly done with a dumbbell, but you'd find that during the waiter curl with a dumbbell your palms would keep losing or getting close to losing the gri you have on the dumbbell.
With kettlebells you don't have that problem at all. All you have to do is hold it like I'm holding it in this video. I found this stuff out myself, I didn't see anyone do it anyway, but it just occurred to me and I tried it and it was the fucking bomb!
