Rain ruled the night again, and by morning, the streets still shimmered under silver skies. I waited out the drizzle, then walked through the palace gardens, wrapped in the quiet calm of the Luiseninsel. Not many folks braved the mist, which made it feel like I had the world to myself. The air smelled like earth and echoes, thick with that post-rain perfume only plants truly understand. The trees stood proud, dripping with delight, and every puddle promised a picture. I spotted ripples dancing like whispers across the water and a lone grey heron holding court at the center. I brought back something soft and soaked to share, just a small story sketched in reflections.
Der Regen hatte die Nacht regiert, und am Morgen glänzten die Straßen noch unter silbrigen Wolken. Ich wartete die Regenpause ab, dann ging ich durch den Schlosspark, eingehüllt in die stille Stimmung auf der Luiseninsel. Kaum jemand war unterwegs, und so fühlte es sich an, als gehörte die Welt nur mir. Die Luft roch nach Erde und Erinnerung, durchzogen vom Duft, den nur Pflanzen so sehr lieben. Die Bäume standen stolz, tropfend vor Freude, und jede Pfütze versprach ein Bild. Ich sah Wellen, die wie Flüstern über das Wasser tanzten, und einen einzelnen Graureiher mitten im Moment. Ich hab euch etwas Weiches, Nasses mitgebracht, eine kleine Geschichte in Spiegelungen gezeichnet.
