Thursday ☀️ 7054
Sometimes, the sky matched my mood. This morning felt off from the start, a foggy head, a flat stomach, and a heaviness I couldn’t shake. I skipped my usual routine and just did the quick peninsula loop. No hurry, just intervals of walking, and even that had me soaked in sweat thanks to the choking humidity. The sun didn’t even bother to show up, just that same grey ceiling overhead. I tried to do a bit of breathwork but skipped meditation. No strength, no spark. Back home, I barely made it to the couch before everything I’d eaten yesterday decided it didn’t want to stay. I spent the rest of the day wrapped in sleep, hoping this weird wave would pass. Tomorrow will tell. But hey, I still caught a moment worth sharing: a gang of moorhens sitting on a log in the water, with one bold duck playing boss.
Manchmal passte der Himmel zu meiner Stimmung. Heute früh war direkt der Wurm drin, dumpf im Kopf, flau im Magen, kraftlos. Statt meiner üblichen Runde ging’s nur fix über die Halbinsel. Keine Eile, nur intervall walking, aber selbst die trieben mir bei dieser drückenden Luft ordentlich den Schweiß aus den Poren. Keine Sonne, nur ein graues Dach. Atemübungen ja, Meditation nein. Zurück zuhause klappte ich direkt zusammen und alles, was von gestern im Magen war, kam wieder raus. Den Tag hab ich dann völlig fertig schlafend auf der Couch verbracht. Hoffentlich steckt nichts Ernsteres dahinter. Morgen früh weiß ich mehr. Aber ein kleines Highlight gab’s doch: eine coole Gang von Blässhühnern auf einem Stamm im Wasser mit einem „Entenboss“ am Ende.
