Today the update will be very quick since we are away and these are particular and very intense days, it will be like this until Saturday night at least.

Let's start right away with a future novelty on the "Sport" side, in the months in which we will move here I have decided that I will sign up for a gym and I have already chosen the structure, it is called "FitActive", it is a chain present throughout Italy and the structure I have selected is located a stone's throw from home; the peculiarity of these gyms is that they are completely automated and are open to the public 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
This is the main reason that oriented my choice towards FitActive, in addition to the fact that it is a very modern structure and among other things the name reminds a bit of "Actifit", eh eh!
I will go there at night when Samuele and Mom are asleep and when, probably, there will be no one to disturb my workouts which will be intensive.
As for our updates I can already tell you that, until Sunday I will not enter the meals and calories, this is because I simply cannot keep up with them, I do not have the possibility of weighing everything or knowing the exact calorie intake; I'm still trying to follow a regular diet these days too.
I can't post the other screenshots today either, this is because I spent most of my time driving and I don't have many measurements; consider that the afternoon the Family and I spent sleeping.
I definitely reached six hours of sleep but I forgot to activate the monitoring; as for the water I didn't keep count but I don't think I exceeded a liter and a half.

Oggi l'aggiornamento sarà molto veloce visto che ci troviamo in trasferta e che sono giorni particolari e molto intensi, sarà così fino a sabato notte almeno.
Capiremo domani se ci dovremo fermare a Roma oppure se avremo la possibilitàdi tornare a casa per organizzare il trasloco.
In ogni caso diciamo che la prossima volta che saremo qui nella Capitale, dovendoci restare per un bel po' di tempo, sarò meglio organizzato e non salteranno le pubblicazioni.
Partiamo subito con una futura novità dal lato "Sport", mei mesi in cui ci trasferiremo qui ho deciso che mi iscriverò in palestra e ho già scelto la struttura, si chiama "FitActive", è una catena presente in tutta Italia e, la struttura che ho selezionato si trova a due passi da casa; la peculiarità di queste palestre è che sono completamente automatizzate e sono aperte al pubblico 7 giorni su 7 H24.
Questo è il principale motivo che ha orientato la mia scelta verso FitActive, oltre al fatto che è una struttura modernissima e tra le altre cose il nome ricorda un po' "Actifit", eh eh!
Ci andrò la notte quando Samuele e la Mamma dormiranno e quando, probabilmente, non ci sarà nessuno a disturbare i miei allenamenti che saranno intensivi.
Per quel che riguarda i nostri aggiornamenti posso già comunicarti che, fino a domenica non inserirò i pasti e le calorie, questo perché semplicemente non riesco a stargli dietro non ho la possibilità di pesare tutto né di conoscerne l'esatto apporto calorico; sto comunque cercando di seguire un'alimentazione regolare anche in questi giorni.
Anche gli altri screenshot non riesco a postarli oggi, questo perché avendo passato la maggior parte del tempo a guidare non ho molte misurazioni; considera che pomeriggio io e la Family lo abbiamo passato a dormire.
Sicuramente ho raggiunto le sei ore di sonno ma, ho dimenticato di attivare il monitoraggio; per quel che riguarda l'acqua non ho tenuto il conto ma non credo di aver superato il litro e mezzo.
Vediamo se domani riesco a postare tutti gli screen inerenti questi valori, considera che passeremo la giornata in ospedale quindi sarà comunque complicato rilevarli visto anche che i miei pensieri saranno orientati ad altro.
