Hi Actifitters!
Well, that was a break! I have done my last Actifit post almost two months ago! It's not that I didn't have my usual daily walks and that I don't use the Actifit dApp anymore, it's just that I didn't have time for creating these posts... Days (daylight) are longer, but I'm continuously adding more and more work to my table...
Anyways, here I am... Yesterday was Saturday, and lately, it's a table tennis day for my son and me... I like how we have created this small routine of doing it on the weekends... My son is a teenager, and if you had one (or more), you know how hard is to move them to spend more time with their parents... heheheh... Anyways, I have bought him a new tennis bat, and for the first couple of weeks he wanted to test it, and now, he is hooked... :)
As the table is in the neighboring town, we had a nice walk there, and adding the playing, until noon, I had over 10K steps! In the afternoon, I have decided to take another walk, but this time, more in the nature... So, I went to the near river and enjoyed nature! That was also a longer walk, and I think that I made a new personal record of daily stepping!
See you in the next report (have no idea when exactly)!
