A little disappointed about today’s 8000 @actifit steps, because I had all kinds of energy.
I walked 5000 steps early this morning, and I walked over 3000 steps this evening.
All about my daily 55 push-ups, because I did an additional 150, and I did a few heavy kettlebell workouts.
I will be doing more push-ups before bed, and I will try to do some serious abdominal exercises.
