Nothing super exciting happened today, but I did several sets of push-ups for my personal #five5pushup challenge.
I continue to lose inches, but I haven’t lost any weight in the last 48 hours. I was disappointed with no weight loss, but my shorts are looser on my waist.
I continue to stick to a keto/carnivory diet, and my energy level has increased considerably.
Walked this afternoon before dark, and then I risked my life for butter with a walk to a grocery store this evening.
