I had to go for an evening walk in the spooky dark to score the minimum step count, but I did some major pushing and kettlebell workouts throughout the day.

I did a few hundred push-ups for my daily #five5pushups. I pulled on a 50 pound kettlebell until my body was shaking, and did arm curls to absolute failure.
The keto/carnivory diet has helped me climb out of serious laziness.
