I'm still working on 20,000 steps but I want to be ready to post before midnight. Writing up the @actifit report card and now I'm able to post a 3Speak video.
Last three report cards I was unable to post video.
I mowed 3 lawns this afternoon and I worked in the backyard with all the potted plants. Transplanted a few plants and moved some larger pots around.
I walked to the nearby town to get my step count above 15,000.
High temperatures are back but I feel much better than yesterday.
