This morning is another morning where we will start a new day with energy from exercising together. When I woke up from bed, the first thing I did was to prepare both my body and mind before going out to feel the gentle breeze and sunlight outside. The sound of a call from the kitchen signaled the start of the morning mission. Today, I intentionally cooked rice and washed the dishes to prepare a warm breakfast menu for my little daughter. This morning's menu is chicken and roselle soup, fragrant, mixed with hot steamed rice. It is a simple breakfast but full of love and care. When the kitchen mission was finished, I put on my socks and tied my favorite shoelaces, getting ready to step out onto the concrete road in the village to start my daily jog.
However, when I opened the curtain door, my first step on the road had to stop because there was a dog sleeping soundly in front of the house. That image made me immediately remember that I forgot to bring food with me. So I hurried back into the house again, took out a small piece of dog food, and carefully placed it in front of the dog, who was groggily waking up and looking at me with grateful eyes. After having a full stomach, the dog waggled its tail a little to thank me. Before I started running slowly, I gradually increased my speed, heading towards the temple behind the village.
Today, the atmosphere was especially good. The soft morning sunlight began to shine down, bathing my skin, making me feel warm. But I started to sweat, indicating that my body was adjusting. Today, I felt a little more tired than yesterday. It might be because the weather was quite hot and humid. However, I continued running, enjoying the scenery around me, which changed with every step. I couldn't help but stop to take pictures of the beautiful nature that surrounded me, which inspired me to keep going.
Along the way, I noticed a neighbor leading a giant cow on the road. It must be a cow that the villagers raised for a bullfight. The cow looked very strong and graceful. Even though I felt a little scared because it was so big and had long, intimidating horns, I still ran past it carefully. Finally, I ran to the road along the Trang River Canal. This quiet river is really suitable for jogging in the morning. The surrounding atmosphere is so beautiful and pure. The green trees and grass stretch along the canal, reflecting the clear water like a mirror. I ran to the end of the river and then circled back to the concrete road again.
Today's jogging made me feel cheerful and enjoy the surroundings. Sometimes when I feel tired, I will stop and take good memories with my favorite camera and record video to capture the details of the impressive atmosphere. The sky today is especially beautiful. The colors of the sky change with every moment I look at it, indicating the endless beauty of nature that always surprises us.
And then the sound of my watch rang, indicating that it was time to go home with my white house. It was a perfect end to my morning's exercise. I went home with an exhausted body but a full and refreshed mind.
White House
Starting as usual, when my feet stepped through the white door, the first thing I did was go straight to the kitchen. My eyes carefully inspected the neatness of the breakfast for my little daughter on the table. My daughter was sitting and eating her breakfast with relish. It was a scene that filled my heart with happiness. After my daughter finished eating, the next task was to prepare food for my beloved parrot. At the back of the house, beautiful rice grains and fresh fruits were arranged carefully so that the parrot would be satisfied. Before I turned to take care of my mother, it was time for my mother to take a bath. My husband and I took care of my mother gently and with love. After that, we helped my mother onto the bed, arranged her clothes comfortably, and helped with light physical therapy so that she could rest fully. When everything in the white house was perfectly finished, it was time for us to travel to "Baan Suan", a place full of peace and green nature.
Heading to Baan Suan, urgent mission before seeing the doctor
Today's trip to Baan Suan seemed to be especially rushed. My husband and I drove at a suitable speed. As soon as the car stopped, we each went our separate ways to do our own responsibilities. Today, I had a task that I had to finish quickly and urgently because I had an important appointment waiting at Watthana Phaet Hospital.
My appointment today is to try on the dentures, which is my 3rd appointment. I hope everything will be done soon. I have an appointment with the dentist at 10:30, so every minute is precious. The first task at the garden house is to plug in the motor to clean the cage of my favorite parrots and feed them until they are full. Then it is time to take the big Sulcata tortoise to bathe and clean their shells and cages meticulously, and prepare their food neatly. Don't forget to soak the food for the flock of chickens, ducks and geese that walk around the house. After taking care of the pets downstairs, I go upstairs to feed another flock of parrots, clean their cages to shine, and prepare beautiful colored food for them to peck at before coming back downstairs to water the plants planted around the house thoroughly. All the tasks at the garden house are completed quickly. Then it is time to travel back to the white house to be fully prepared for the doctor's visit. While in the car, I spent time reviewing the article that told about the exercise and the morning routine of the day in my mind. When I arrived at the hospital, I spent the remaining time writing the article while waiting for the doctor to call me.
