This morning, I prepared myself every day by preparing breakfast for my daughter and cooking rice and washing the dishes, then it was time to exercise.
When I got ready, I put on my socks and shoes, then opened the door and walked up the concrete road. I started to open the exercise app, set the exercise time with the help of my wristwatch, and set an alarm when I reached my goal. Then I used my mobile phone to open the exercise app and turn on the music to keep the rhythm of my run while continuing with small talk. Then I started jogging to the long concrete road in the village where I usually run. This area is quiet. People in the village usually go to work in the morning, so I ran as usual. I greeted some friends along the way. Happiness along the way, such as feeding the dogs and greeting neighbors, sending smiles to each other. And to my happiness along the way, the people in the village greeted me regularly in the morning.
I ran along the road until I reached the back of the temple in the village. It's a bit better. This area is a wide open space with tall, large trees, making this area not scary. It looks shady. And in the area behind the temple in the village, there are quite a lot of ashes of the deceased. This kind of atmosphere, running in the morning is considered good, but if I run in the evening, I will be very scary. Hehe 😅
When I am in my imagination, I keep running. The atmosphere this morning is very good.
The sky is blue. It is very beautiful. Do you really see it? Take pictures of the road. And when I sit down to write this article, I sit and look at the pictures that come out more beautiful than what I see with my own eyes. The beauty must be said today. I can't believe that I am wearing a workout shirt the same color as the sky. It makes the pictures come out beautiful. I am very fascinated by this kind of atmosphere.
While running, I am fascinated by the nature around me. This morning in Na Taluang Subdistrict, Trang Province. While running, I raise my wrist to look at the numbers on my watch. I run, step and watch the atmosphere until I reach the road along the Trang River Canal. I then take pictures of that area again and continue running. Then I stop and record a video again.
I walk and record a video to let my body rest and relax. The boredom flows from my face down to my neck. I feel a burning sensation on the skin on my neck. So I use my hand to press the symptoms. In conclusion, the sun is hotter than before.
I don't know what happened to my neck. In case it makes my neck or nape of the neck area sting and hurt, I have nothing with me except the clothes I wear, there are no tissues that can absorb sweat, so I decided to use the clothes I wear to absorb sweat, but it still stings.
But it's okay. Exercise to reach the goal. It will get better. I ran until I reached the area where the other side of the canal is under construction. They are working hard to develop the area. Then I ran back to the same road. Today, I ran more than 3 rounds. So I decided to run back to the white house.

When I ran home, I'm not good. I immediately went to the mirror and looked at my neck.
I found that there was something on my neck that stung or bit me. I don't know if it was an ant or an insect. It must have been from sleeping last night.
Because last night I accidentally fell asleep in front of the TV, so I couldn't sleep on the bed. I must have been bitten by some insect. It only burns when I sweat. So I found some common medicine to apply to relieve the burning sensation.
I started running by going to the kitchen to make breakfast for my daughter. Today, my daughter ate fried salted fish.
And the chicken curry from last night. I cooked rice and put the food on the dining table for my daughter to eat before going to school. Then I mixed liquid food for the parrot. And make milk for mom but it also makes breakfast for mom. Husband takes daughter to school while I feed mom breakfast.
When my husband comes back, we help mom take a bath. After taking a bath, lift mom onto the bed and let mom get dressed.
Do physical therapy and rest. At noon, feed mom again.
Then I feed the parrot.
And feed the cat as usual.
Khao Niao's food is both bones and pellets and 1 cup of clean water.
After finishing these tasks, I will probably put the clothes in the washing machine to wash first. I will come back to continue washing clothes in the evening after returning from the house that is under construction or that is the cafe.
Baan Suan
Today, I was going to get on the tricycle to go into the garden to feed the animals and take the head out of the pen.
But I found that the tricycle had a flat tire. So I had to take the red motorcycle to drive with my husband.
It was fun to go into the garden.
When I arrived at the center, I brought some food that I had brought with me to give to the small ducks and chickens as an appetizer first.
Then I turned on the water motor to water the plants in front of the house and cleaned the bird cage and the stove cage and fed my lovely pets.
When I finished the tasks from Ban Suan, I went back to the white house. To check the condition and take the equipment to the cafe that is currently under construction.
And today is my story about exercising and living before noon. I hope my friends like my life.
