Long day at work. I ripped the seat of my pants despite my embarrassment I stuck it out and now I feel better for it. The high light of my day was jumping on my peloton tread and putting in 5 miles. I have been running slower and it has been frustrating But, I have also been weightlifting quite a bit and have put on some additional muscle. So to counter this I just run increasingly slow until the weight comes off and then I can run faster again.
