I'm going to focus on Creatine, hehe. A great supplement indeed, buddy, I advise you to continue using it daily (even on days when you don't exercise). It's my main supplement, but I've created a routine of using a "pre-workout" as well, which is basically: caffeine, arginine, taurine, some vitamins and minerals and beta-alanine. It really helps to give me the energy I need to push myself, but unfortunately I'm very susceptible to the side effects of coffee, especially when it comes to rebounding from not using it. If I don't use it for a couple of days after a week of drinking caffeine, I get horrible migraines. So for now the secret is not to stop haha.
