It's been very hot today, my three months old daughter felt it so badly that she kept crying until we turned on the air conditioner.
In the morning my son asked me to assist him with his studies. After that we went out together to buy some foodstuff at a nearby shop.
This evening I did my step count around the house with some jogging and stretches.
