This song is like affirming that I'm the best version of myself, despite adversity I wouldn't give up, even when I am tired I need to forge ahead.
This song preaches freedom, freeing ourselves from whatever is holding us back, could be fear of what people think of us, fear of trying something new, or fear of failure.
Sometimes we see open doors and new opportunities but fear holds us back, from taking the risk and trying.
And then we fall back.

I chose this song this week because I am unstoppable, I've got a lot of big dreams and nothing can stop me now.
Whatever life throws at me, I will put my armor on and show how strong I am.
This song makes me feel so powerful, fully charged to face my battles and any hurdles.
It also lightens my mood, you know that feeling when you feel you can't go on, you feel so low and then you hear a tiny voice within you encouraging you to go on because you can do it? That's exactly what this song does to me.
So are you unstoppable too? Would you let adversity, stop you from moving?
Sia Elastic heart
This song preaches resilience, we all know what an elastic does, it accommodates so many trials but never breaks. It only stretches and in time, it snaps back.
So having an elastic heart means, having the ability to fall back to normal after so much trauma and hurt, and no one will say we've never been traumatized or hurt in one way or the other.
Being alive and pulling through is like having an elastic heart, not Letting the situations you've faced break you down or change you into a monster, and still seeing the beauty in life and the reason to go on.
Having an elastic heart doesn't me we are denying the pain we went through because an elastic show or has been through tough times I guess that's why it slacks, However, it never breaks. That's strength and resilience.
So singing out loud, I am saying "I've got an elastic heart...
