Saturday night was jam session night at the Hen & Chickens in Baldock. The first one was in December and it comes around fortnightly.
Talitha, the landlady is a great music lover and sometimes takes the microphone herself.
Anybody is welcome to the sessions and all join in together to suggested songs that usually use easier chords, unless a music sheet is provided.
Sometimes the evening will end on a Mini Open Mic.
One of the guys, well known to the Arlesey Jammers, Deano, who plays and sings in a Rockabilly band, brought his Double Bass on this occasion.
It was totally brilliant to watch and hear him play.
