Tras el éxito de The Long Road, la exitosa banda de Rock canadiense publica su quinto álbum titulado All the Right Reasons que tal vez no fue muy bien recibido por la crítica profesional, con una puntuación de 41/100 en Metacritic y poca aprobación por la revista AllMusic, Q, entre otras. Sin embargo, hasta la fecha, el álbum ha vendido más de 20 millones de copias a nivel mundial y además de ser uno de los álbumes más vendidos de todos los tiempos en Estados Unidos, se convirtió en el más vendido de la banda.
