Much to my disgust, the passing days have been filled with down moments. C'est la vie, I agree, but it sucks to be out here melting in your own void! It's like quicksand - can't get out of it if you struggle too much.

Days are tough but some way, somehow, the universe gives you something to work with.

I was contemplating how did I want to end my Tuesday. Was it with a bang, or with a boom to the ground? My energy levels have been so low that I wanted to sleep everything off, but if I do, things would get worse for me. We're ending the day with a bang then.

G22 - Boomerang

G22 is, by far, the only P-pop girl group that I've been listening to and they're out with another banger.

Boomerang talks of this person that keeps on pushing and pulling you and you're getting tired of their games. You throw them out, and they act all tough as if they don't want you. But, they still come back... like a boomerang!

I love the colors in this music video but the overall quality - sets, and cameras - could use a little more oompf. Can't wait for them to shine brighter, really!

There's a dance version of this in case you're curious! I'll honestly say I can bop to this without the video.

R Rules - Girl Gang

I've never heard about R Rules before and only came across it while exploring tunes that give off the same vibe as Boomerang. And yes, you're hearing some Japanese parts too! They're a Filipino-Japanese and although they're a pop group, they're bringing Girl Gang to the table with that juicy hip-hop sound.

If I had one of those lowriders with sick hydraulics, expect this song to boom through my speakers! The song's definitely screaming girl boss energy.

While this is quite a banger, I wish the subtle wooshing wind effects were removed. The song would be still fine without them.

Ylona Garcia - Entertain Me

Ylona! Fun fact, I first saw her on the reality show Pinoy Big Brother. Didn't mind her that much but when her career here in the local scene started picking up its pace, she started growing on me.

She writes, she sings, she acts... I hope she's doing better now that she's under 88rising, a well-known American-Asian music label.

Entertain Me is a fun song not just because I'm obviously going cuckoo about Ylona. The song is featured in Valorant agent Neon's trailer and back then, I was playing so much of the game!

The song itself has a similar theme to G22's song and personally, it gives a nice ending touch to this Tuesday ride.
