Espero estén muy bien hoy quiero venir con un post musical, la verdad estaba escribiendo que si un post sobre canciones de League of Legends y sus intros pero un recuerdo agridulce vino a mi cabeza llegó a mí y me inspiro muchísimo más. Hoy quiero hablar de Paramore y tres canciones que me marcaron.

Today I want to talk about Paramore and three songs that marked me.
Quiero hablar de estas 3 canciones específicas porque fueron muy importantes en mi vida, trazaron o narraron una relación que tuve en esos años y me hizo amar más la música, me hizo amar más el dedicar canciones y lograr definir una canción a alguien, amo cuando la música hace eso, pero no cuando las personas no respetan o no les importa esa música que se les dedica, en este caso en lo que fue 2017 no fue y quiero hablar de ello.
I want to talk about these 3 specific songs because they were very important in my life, they traced or narrated a relationship I had in those years and made me love music more, it made me love more to dedicate songs and manage to define a song to someone, I love when music does that, but not when people don't respect or don't care about that music that is dedicated to them, in this case in what was 2017 it wasn't and I want to talk about it.
Hard Times
Una canción con un ritmo súper animado y alegre contra una letra algo deprimente, pero puede ser poderosa para motivarte y despertar, no ahogarte en los malos momentos y simplemente darle con todo a la vida. La canción habla y explica cómo se siente cuando se tiene un momento difícil cuando se tiene “Tiempos difíciles”. La letra se encarga de describir como uno se siente cuando está pasando por ese tiempo, no importa cuál sea el motivo, no específica el porqué, sino simplemente se llegó allí y se siente como “¿Y puedo llegar más bajo?”, pero siempre con el mensaje de explicarte que son esos momentos y que pueden pasar y simplemente superarlos.
A song with a super upbeat and happy rhythm against a somewhat depressing lyric, but it can be powerful to motivate you and wake you up, not drown in the bad times and just give it all to life. The song talks about and explains how it feels when you have a hard time when you have "Hard times". The lyrics are in charge of describing how you feel when you are going through that time, no matter what the reason is, not specific why, but simply you got there and it feels like "And can I get any lower?", but always with the message of explaining to you that they are those moments and that they can pass and just get over them.
Por esa misma descripción en la letra es que siento que decidieron utilizar un ritmo demasiado alegre o movido, para hacer algo típico que también agregaron a la letra que es “reír mientras lloras” porque, aunque se está pasando por un momento terrible, hay que sonreír hay que tratar de verlo con la mejor cara porque así ya logramos subir otra vez, se siente un ritmo muy tropical que acompaña también a la temática del video, muchos colores y efectos que representan cada momentos que describen de ansiedad y pánico cuando uno siento que toco fondo o está a punto de hacerlo.

De verdad que Hard Times la escucho en un momento difícil de mi vida que no sabría decir si fue el peor o el más suave, simplemente fue uno de esos momentos que uno siempre vive y allí también lo conocí a él, y terminamos atrayéndonos a un punto grande primero por ver como literal yo me disfrutaba la canción a un nivel extraño, donde la pasaba tan mal y sentía que no podía resolver nada, pero ponía esta canción a todo volumen y la bailaba sin parar, me la disfrutaba y no me rendía todo el tiempo y él tenía ganas de ayudarme y motivarme a tampoco rendirme, distraerme y acompañarme a esa vida dura que tenía.
I really heard Hard Times in a difficult moment of my life that I could not say if it was the worst or the softest, it was just one of those moments that one always lives and there I also met him, and we ended up attracting each other to a great point first to see how I literally enjoyed the song to a strange level, where I was having such a hard time and felt I couldn't solve anything, but I would play this song at full volume and dance to it non-stop, I enjoyed it and I didn't give up all the time and he wanted to help me and motivate me to not give up, distract me and accompany me to that hard life I had.
Fake Happy
La perfecta representación para gritarles a todos que se quiten esas mascaras de felicidad y admitan que no están bien, que dicen que sienten paz o armonía y en realidad hay un caos constante que no saben cómo llevar. Esta canción habla de simplemente cuando sabes que te sientes mal al punto de que no tienes ganas de nada, pero tampoco tienes ganas de hacérselo saber a las demás personas, entonces finges felicidad, algunos se darán cuenta, otros creerán que estás feliz. Una letra bastante simple en ese sentido para golpear todas esas veces que nos hemos pues mascara y no decir como en realidad nos sentimos.
The perfect representation to shout at everyone to take off those masks of happiness and admit that they are not well, that they say they feel peace or harmony and in reality there is a constant chaos that they don't know how to deal with. This song talks about simply when you know you feel bad to the point that you don't feel like anything, but you also don't feel like letting other people know, so you fake happiness, some will notice, others will think you are happy. A pretty simple lyric in that sense to hit all those times that we have put on a mask and not say how we really feel.
La melodía empieza solo con una guitarra y melancolía, como si fuera grabado desde un teléfono y así ponernos en el ambiente de la canción, tristeza profunda que la tenemos que fingir. Ya luego toda la canción está más llena de instrumentos que ayudan a la voz a representar un grito de “Basta de fingir” “no me preguntes como me siento” “todos somos falsamente felices a veces”. De verdad que la guitarra es lo que más me gusta de la canción porque agarra un ritmo perfecto para correr, cuando quieres huir de todo y de todos, solo quieres desaparecer y estas muy desesperado por hacerlo.
The melody begins with just a guitar and melancholy, as if it was recorded from a phone and thus put us in the mood of the song, deep sadness that we have to pretend. Then the whole song is full of instruments that help the voice to represent a cry of "Stop pretending" "don't ask me how I feel" "we are all falsely happy sometimes". I really like the guitar the most in the song because it grabs a perfect rhythm to run, when you want to run away from everything and everyone, you just want to disappear and you are so desperate to do it.
Yo al escuchar esta canción estaba en una etapa de la relación que tenía que se notaba que se tenía que terminar ya, y yo quería pretender que eso no me afectó en nada, yo estaba feliz y en realidad estaba haciendo una gran “Fake Happy” y él se dio cuenta y solo apareció la canción como para comunicarnos eso que estaba pasando y así también cada quien tomar su camino de manera más brusca.
When I listened to this song I was in a stage of the relationship I had that I could tell it had to end already, and I wanted to pretend that it didn't affect me at all, I was happy and in reality I was making a big "Fake Happy" and he realized it and the song only appeared as if to communicate what was happening and so each one of us could go our own way in a rougher way.
Told You So
Perfecta canción que sirve para decir el típico mensaje de “te lo dije”, sobre cualquier cosa, pero siento igual que está canción también tiene demasiadas interpretaciones. Habla también del lado de la persona que se le está diciendo ese “te lo dije” y se ríe pues siempre que esa persona era la que le tocaba decir la frase, era criticaba o malinterpretada como desconsiderada por solo decirla, pero cuando se la dicen tiene que aguantar y simplemente dar la razón. De eso hablar mucho la letra y de que de verdad hay que tratar de escuchar más consejos que se quieren dar, que personas importantes y con empatía se molestan en darte, pues tal vez se dieron cuenta de algo que tu no.
Perfect song that serves to say the typical message of "I told you so", about anything, but I feel that this song also has too many interpretations. It also speaks from the side of the person who is being told that "I told you so" and laughs because whenever that person was the one who had to say the phrase, was criticized or misinterpreted as inconsiderate for just saying it, but when they say it, they have to put up with it and simply agree. That's what the lyrics talk about and that you really have to try to listen to more advice you want to give, that important and empathetic people bother to give you, because maybe they realized something that you did not.
De las tres canciones esta es la que más me encanta el ritmo y es la canción que más repito actualmente, porque agarrar la letra como si fuera varios refranes y con el ritmo la recitan de una manera tan atractiva que te hace querer repetirlo o cantarlo al ritmo, la batería en esta banda de verdad es algo que me encanta siempre destacar y aunque estas nuevas canciones y el álbum como tal se despegaba del típico rock que escuchábamos de ellos, igual es muy bueno y diferente a cualquier pop que estamos acostumbrados a escuchar.
Of the three songs this is the one that I love the rhythm the most and is the song that I repeat the most at the moment, because they grab the lyrics as if it were several sayings and with the rhythm they recite it in such an attractive way that makes you want to repeat it or sing it to the rhythm, the drums in this band is something that I always love to highlight and although these new songs and the album as such was detached from the typical rock we heard from them, it is still very good and different from any pop we are used to listen to.
En esta parte al distanciarme con esta persona él fue quien me dedico esta canción porque al cerrar por fin ciclo me dio la razón de demasiadas cosas, se disculpó por ellas y yo también hacia él, de verdad tome la canción como un gran subidos de “ego” por saber que tenía la razón que actualmente mi pensar o mi opinión sobre muchas cosas estoy en un buen camino o lo mejor para mí y que aunque fallo mucho igual, por allí voy, me hizo amar más estas canciones porque admito que a veces le doy un significado a una canción muy fuerte que me hace a veces no querer escucharla, pero en este caso quede en paz.
In this part when I distanced myself from this person he was the one who dedicated this song to me because when I finally closed my cycle he gave me the reason for too many things, he apologized for them and I also apologized to him, I really took the song as a great "ego" boost to know that I was right that currently my thinking or my opinion about many things I am on a good path or the best for me and that although I fail a lot the same, that's where I'm going, it made me love these songs more because I admit that sometimes I give a very strong meaning to a song that sometimes makes me not want to listen to it, but in this case I was at peace.
Bonus: Decode
Quise agregar esta canción a esta reseña de esta banda porque nada mejor que recordar como ellos sonaban hace años, ya casi 15 años de esta canción y no pierde ni un poco el poder que tiene, también porque tengo un hermoso recuerdo con esta canción y justo la película en la que apareció que, aunque no soy muy fan de verdad recuerdo con mucho cariño. Comparando un poco esta canción con las anteriores si se nota mucho el cambio en el estilo de música, pero no se pierde nunca la esencia o el objetivo de “da el mensaje de la canción combinado con el ritmo”, no que sea contradictorios que a veces puede ser atractivo también.
I wanted to add this song to this review of this band because there is nothing better than remembering how they sounded years ago, almost 15 years of this song and it doesn't lose the power it has, also because I have a beautiful memory with this song and just the movie in which it appeared that, although I'm not a big fan I really remember with much affection. Comparing a little this song with the previous ones if you notice a lot of change in the style of music, but it never loses the essence or the goal of "gives the message of the song combined with the rhythm", not that it is contradictory that sometimes can be attractive too.
