Though I don't know what the total situation is in Brasil in the music, and entertainment sector, I would say, as many music events, festivals, clubs and whatnot as possible is the way to go. I do hope you have plenty of promoters who have a heart for the music and provide fans with low-cost tickets, perhaps having the not-so-famous musicians on stage. My country is crazy in that respect. The entire young adult seems to hang around in musical venues, at festivals, every single weekend. Tons of events. Between the expensive ones, and lots and lots of lesser expensive ones providing opportunities for all types of pockets. Let this happen in Brasil as well.
