Since I restarted my musical life, in orchestras and as a teacher at El Sistema I have been more active and it has been very gratifying for me every new experience since my return, and experiences like this are what I am talking about.

It was a challenge to record guitar, as you know I'm more of a cellist than a guitarist and it's obvious, I've been playing the cello since my childhood but the guitar has always been a secondary instrument that I have learned in a self-taught way and as time has passed I have been able to perfect some things, but I know that for these things there are section musicians, however Nathasha told me that I could, that she liked my sound on the guitar and she convinced me to record.
At the beginning I felt quite tense, I can't lie to you... because listening in detail to every single thing I did on the guitar, it's difficult not to demand more from yourself in every recording and review. By spending several times I was able to quickly adapt to those details and get into the space, tempo and style that I was asked.

Fue un reto grabar guitarra, como saben soy más violonchelista que guitarrista y es obvio, tengo desde mi niñez tocando chelo pero la guitarra siempre ha sido un instrumento secundario que he aprendido de manera autodidacta y que al pasar el tiempo he podido perfeccionar algunas cosas, pero se que para estas cosas existen músicos de sección, sin embargo Nathasha me dijo que si podía, que le gustaba mi sonido en la guitarra y me convenció para grabar.
Al principio me sentí bastante tenso, no les puedo mentir... porque al estar escuchando a detalle cada cosa que hacia en la guitarra es difícil el hecho de no exigirte mas en cada grabación y revisión de la misma. Al pasar varias veces me pude adaptar rápidamente a esos detalles y conseguirme dentro del espacio, tempo y estilo que me pedían.

Anyer, ha sido el productor de Nathasha desde el principio de sus temas y pude ver más a detalle su manera de trabajar y tuvimos muchas ideas en conjunto para esta grabación y fue muy bueno también tener eso con personas y mas en este tipo de cosas, que a mi parecer son bastantes delicadas; por el estilo, las ideas, la esencia y demás.
Así que fue una gran experiencias grabar para Nathasha, me gusto muchísimo el resultado de esta sesión y obvio apenas este el tema listo les compartiré esta nueva versión de AVIV.
