Put on your dancing shoes because after a break from a year the biggest dance event worldwide is back! Amsterdam Dance Event has opened its door again although in a different format.
Holland still has the regulations that nightclubs are not allowed to be open at this moment still, so all of these events have changed their time tables to a day program. Different style, but still the best amount of fun! And again, not opening nightclubs but having these events during the day...What's the difference but that is a whole different story for another time.
I will be heading today to the Homeless Homeys part hosted by DJ Bone which has the focus on being a charity event giving their profits for helping homeless people in Detroit and all around the world.
The combination of techno and charity, what there is not to like!

There were so many different other events to attend that you really have to make decisions on where you want to be heading. I also had tickets for the Breakfast Club event because normally when all of the events are in the night it is cool to have a day event as well. But since the whole format has changed to only day events, this felt like a bit of an overkill. Can't win em all right?
I do have the feeling that ADE could potentially be the next superspreader event like Carnival was in 2020 in Holland since the system of scanning QR codes at the entrance hasn't been so tight as still a lot of vaccinated people are also catching the Delta strain. Let's hope it won't be and that everyone can look back on this music and techno bonanza as a fantastic event which lets music lovers from all around the world come together and just enjoy their dances.
