Happy Tuesday everyone!
So… this is actually my very first time posting a #ThreeTunesTuesday and I’m pretty excited about it. Thanks @ablaze for sparking the idea of #TTT — love where this is going!
I’ve always believed music says a lot about what we feel, even when we don’t know how to put things into words. And lately, I’ve been thinking: why not start sharing the songs that help me feel good, reflect, or just enjoy the moment a little more?
So here it is... my first #TTT, and it’s all about three songs I personally go back to whenever I want to feel lighter, happier, or just more connected to myself. These tracks aren’t new or trendy, but they’re real for me and maybe they’ll hit something in you too.
🎵 1. “Baby Blue Eyes” – A Rocket to the Moon
This one’s a comfort song for me. It gives early Tumblr vibes, sweet, acoustic, and hopelessly romantic in the best way. I usually play this when I’m having a quiet morning or just want to slow down and feel grounded. The lyrics are simple but full of heart: “I’d do whatever just to stay in your arms tonight.” It’s not dramatic... just honest.
If you're someone who still believes in soft love, this one’s for you.
🎧 2. “All We Know” – The Chainsmokers ft. Phoebe Ryan
I reach for this song when I need a little pick-me-up but still want something emotional. The beat keeps things moving, but the lyrics hit deep. It talks about holding on when everything feels like it's falling apart which, let’s be real, we all go through sometimes.
It gives me a sense of push like, “Yeah, things are messy, but I’m still here.” And that’s enough.
💖 3. “Beautiful Soul” – Jesse McCartney
Okay, this one’s pure nostalgia. Beautiful Soul takes me back to a time when everything felt more innocent. No overthinking, no heavy heartbreak, just the kind of love that wants to know the real you. I know it’s kind of a throwback, but that’s what I love about it. It brings back good memories and gives off pure, feel-good energy.
When I want to smile for no reason, this is the track I play.
So there you go, my very first #ThreeTunesTuesday. I kept it real and picked songs that never fail to make me feel better. Whether you’re going through something or just need a vibe reset, I hope at least one of these hits you the way it hits me.
