Producers make as many tracks as their creativity, time and perfectionism allows and no-one knows their songs as much as they do but it's probably safe to say that everyone has their favourites, no matter what!
However, I've had a bit of darkness coarsing through my veins throughout 2022 and there was one tune that stands out more for me than the rest that were released as part of the Space Adventure EP (and the singles too).
That tune is Space Walk.
This simple but dark dnb roller has pulled me through more than the rest of the tunes I've done when I've been pissed off, which has happened more times than I'd like!
The growling bassline that grows throughout the tune reflects it well and the drum beat is a little different to what I normally do with the extra kick drum in the pattern.
With the dialing sounds and the chord synth that flashes throughout, I guess trying to shed some light in on the track to make it all OK.
I have got a lot of things I want to do on Mixcloud which is changing its tier system and the free accounts are being limited as of next month, which makes sense, got to pay the server bills after all!
Whether I'll start doing the DJ mixes more often again will be a decision based on how much the Mixcloud account will be - I guess I could just upload them to YouTube... at least until they start charging lol!
Anyway, hope you enjoy the tune too - take it easy!
