Hi music lovers! How are you all doing? It another #threetunetuesday. I'm happy to share a song in this community I love to listen while working.
Today, I'm going to talk about Rema and his three songs, I don't really like Rema songs. Even when others are playing it around me, I'll tell them to change the song I don't like it. but the one he sang last year and this year was a blast, and surprisingly, I found myself loving his songs.
Divine Ikubor popularly known as Rema is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and rapper. I'm gonna play his three songs that trended last year and this year. And he sang the song under his second studio album named Heis
REMA- OZEBA
OZEBA was a mind-blowing song that captivated a lot of people last year. It was released in July 10, 2024. I don't mostly listen to Rema's songs but I was amazed by this one he sang. The catchy beat and amazing sounds in the lyrics had an infectious melody. I was surprised to see the music trend all over the world, especially on TikTok, where people use the sound in different ways on online. There's hardly any place you can go without hearing them play the song. I watched when the interviewer asked him what the meaning of OZEBA was, and he said it means 'trouble' in Edo words, asserting his toughness and embracing his reputation for trouble.
REMA -HEHEHE
The song was released the same year before OZEBA, it was released on July 7, 2024. The songs servers as a statement of confidence and amusement directed to those who doubt and criticize him as he continues to achieve success. The songs state that while people speak about him in a negative way, he's thriving, enjoying life, and making money. I love the song because it carries a meaningful message and it's one of the tracks I enjoy listening to. Although it didn't trend as mush as OZEBA, the song was well- received by fans.
REMA -KELEBU
Kelebu was another hit song he released this year. It was released on August 1, 2025. The beat was fire, and the sound was full of vibes. I wasn't aware of the song untill I was scrolling through TikTok watching funny videos, and I saw a lady using a sound that seemed like Rema's and it was an explosive banger. I download it and loved how Rema brings the vibes. He mentioned that the music was inspired by his childhood.
