Hello music lovers! π΅π§π΅
Mornings here are pretty dull at this time of year. Fog and humidity prevail, but no wonder, we are in autumn and the colors in nature are changing from greens and yellows to golds and browns. Concerts and performances have moved from the outside into the halls and clubs.
Yes, it's not yet two months and I am already missing summer and outdoor concerts and festivals.

So today, for #threetunetuesday, started by @ablaze, I've chosen some live performances to remind me of summer, heat, travel, festivals, and concerts. Well, I wasn't there (which I regret, of course), but if I had the chance I'd join all those enthusiasts who were watching. π
I haven't gone deep into the past, or into some of my favorite artists, these are all artists I've been following for a while, but they're all much younger than me and I'm sure they still have a lot to create, and say.
Greta Van Fleet - The Weight Of Dreams & Highway Tune live at Pinkpop 2022
Greta Van Fleet is an American band from Michigan, they started in 2012 and I became aware of them a couple of years ago when I heard something that was very, very similar to the style and sound of Led Zeppelin. Mostly because of the vocals of lead singer Josh Kiszka and the guitar riffs of his brother Jake.
Their second EP "From The Fires" won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Album. The band also doesn't deny the Led Zeppelin influence in their music but so far, everything I've heard is original.
Otherwise, as someone put it on Loudersounds:
Greta Van Fleet is arguably one of the best Led Zeppelin emulators out there.
NiluΜfer Yanya - Full Performance (Live on KEXP)
NilΓΌfer Yanya is an English singer, songwriter, and musician, raised in London. Her music could be characterized as a creative blend of indie rock, soul, jazz, and trip-hop influences. She has released two albums, the last one "Painless" deals mainly with herself and the emotional vulnerability she can achieve. Her melodies go very quickly into the ear.
I've been following her for about a year now and I like her more and more. The last I heard from her was a great P.J.Harvey's cover of Rid Of Me, and if she keeps this up, I think she can become a big star. (Of course, this is just my opinion).
This recording is not external, but from the studio of KEXP radio, which I think has the best audio engineering for live performances.
MEUTE - Slip (Deadmau5 rework)
Meute started in 2015 in Hamburg, Germany. It's eleven piece band and they describe themselves as a techno marching band. They cover, or, "rework" as they say, techno, house, and deep house-style beats with classic brass instruments.
They have excellent audio production, some even say they have everything pre-recorded, but the effect is incredible no matter what.
I hope I'll have the chance to see them live one summer and enjoy the hypnotic rhythms.
Thank you for your time.
And if I have encouraged you to keep exploring these bands, my goal is achieved. :) π
