Seki from Nigeria here just experienced a very very wet Tuesday. 🌧️☔
With the harmattan of last year officially over 2023 raining seasons rolled in and today was one of the worst 😔☔
We're talking rain, breeze, thunder, lightening, that weird raking noise we hear as the roof is taking a beating.😐
So here I am at 10:30, listening to the aftershower doing an encore on the roof and realizing that it is Tuesday and I haven't written my post.😐
I had no topic but then a strong gust blew wet cool air through my window and it was like that same breeze that Simba got when talking with his paps
Thus it spoke...

Now I had the topic but what about the tunes, well I first have to think about what started this post and gave it the crazy spin...
If I were to put it in a story, I guess I'll have to say;
It all started with...

A simple song about how bad it could be for great rappers. How they kept on pushing through and fighting against the storms. How demands for more albums, more music's and more from them so they keep on giving, all on the hope of not losing to the public and simply fading away.
Although the video is way too graphic and tends to remove the true meaning from the song😂😂.
Well with that tune blown off my ear by the breeze, I went looking for a new one and guess what?
The rain simply washed hip-hop out of my ear...
Needed something unusual for me, something I listen to like twice or thrice a year...
Well my ear was bruised from all the fast rapping and loud beats and I just needed a chill watery themed song then it hit me (and left a mark) 🤕

Now he's voice was just great😭😭, I could feel the tears..

Seems the after shower was an opening act for another downpour.
My dogs whining their protests of having to be in their kennels in this downpour.
The male especially has a great phobia for rain water but loves baths, weird bloke 😂🤨
The water has risen another 4 inches and her I am trying to write and complete a post.
Only one last song to present and I felt that wind again, remembering a bloody tune I've lost, so i went hunting and it's as good as I remembered, a flash of lightening and a blast of thunder, I hope this rain stops soon😭
