El placer de escuchar música

¿A ustedes no les da placer escuchar música? A mi si, es algo que me tranquiliza, me relaja y apaga los demonios que tengo en mi cabeza.
Muchas veces, la música nos ayuda a sanar muchas emociones o simplemente las intensifica. Yo prefiero que me calme.
Desde siempre me han gustado las baladas, pero por querer encajar en un mundo o una sociedad rockera, dejé de ser, de disfrutar eso que hoy como adulta no me da pena decirlo.
Luego que nació mi hijo, a mí me cambió la vida, me generó mucho estrés y me desarrollo las emociones más de lo que las tenia. Me tocó aprender a ser, a conocerme y saber controlarme.
En estos 8 años mi vida ha cambiado mucho, he aprendido, me he conocido, no quiere decir que no siga siendo la misma intensidad que siempre he sido, pero he aprendido que alejándome y respirando, me calmo.
Una de mis terapias emocionales ha sido la música. Cuando me siento emocionalmente mal, molesta, sobretodo, me refugio en la música, esta me ayuda a centrarme, saber cómo salir y reaccionar ante la situación que me afecta.
Desde hace un tiempo, vengo escuchando muy seguido baladas, más que otra cosa, para poder sanar emociones que no puedo controlar. Así que cada día me envuelvo en música que me ayuda a ser mejor.
¿Ya mencioné que uso la música como terapia?
Mi mente y mi cuerpo, cuando me meto en mi mundo musical, me brilla y siento incluso que la musa sale de adentro de mí, en increíble.
Quizás muchos encuentren esa paz en otras cosas, solo que yo siempre he sido musical. Es dificil que yo este en silencio. No solo sonando música a todo volumen, también en mi cabeza voy cantando.
Quizás por eso adoro que se sienten conmigo a tocar algún instrumento mientras hago algo revoloteando por la casa.

Many times, music helps us to heal many emotions or simply intensifies them. I prefer that I calm down.
I have always liked ballads, but because I wanted to fit into a world or a rock society, I stopped being, enjoying what today as an adult I don't feel ashamed to say.
After my son was born, my life changed, it generated a lot of stress and I developed emotions more than I had. I had to learn to be, to know myself and know how to control myself.
In these 8 years my life has changed a lot, I have learned, I have known myself, it does not mean that I am not still the same intensity that I have always been, but I have learned that by walking away and breathing, I calm down.
One of my emotional therapies has been music. When I feel emotionally bad, upset, above all, I take refuge in music, it helps me focus, know how to get out and react to the situation that affects me.
For some time now, I have been listening to ballads very often, more than anything else, to be able to heal emotions that I cannot control. So every day I wrap myself in music that helps me to be better.
Did I mention that I use music as therapy?
My mind and my body, when I get into my musical world, it shines for me and I even feel that the muse comes out of me, incredible.
Perhaps many find that peace in other things, except that I have always been musical. It is difficult for me to be silent. Not only playing music at full volume, also in my head I'm singing.
Maybe that's why I love that they sit with me to play an instrument while I do something fluttering around the house.
