Episode downloads on IPFS
Hello and thank you for checking the podcast out. If you've never heard of NTROradio it's a podcast that showcases 1-5 artists each week and is a summary of posts about them that post on PeakD. Here in these show notes you will find links to the respective artist played in this episode.
If you are a musician here on the Hive blockchain I would love to feature you. All I ask is that you send me your info to unklebonehead@nixnet.email and it must meet the following requirements.
- Must be a studio quality production in mp3, wav or flac file. I wont play anything that sounds like it's recorded on a phone.
- Must be an original song. A cover song is ok but it must be a 100% cover. No karaoke of you singing over the original.
- I need information about you.
- Name and band members (if any)
- Where you are from
- Any union you are a part of BMI/ASCAP, etc
- Label affiliation
- A quick summary of yourself and music
- A more in depth biography. How you got started, what is your influences, what motivates you,etc
- Links where people can purchase your music and find you on social media
- A video of you performing. Can be live (cell phone video) or an actual music video produced.
If you need any more ideas of the info I need look at the structure of the individual artists I post about. Dont hesitate to ask if you have any questions!
Now for this weeks playlist!
To The Moon
We kick things off with a two-fer from To The Moon, an eclectic duo from Los Angels, CA USA. Playing "Let Love In" and ""Distant Daydream".
Iveta & Simone
We then move to the opposite side of the globe and meet Iveta & Simone. I really wish they would've submitted more than one song. Because it was an absolutely brillant song that had my head bobbin and foot stomping. "River of Neon" is the name of it and I loved it!
Andy Michaels
We stay hanging out on that side of the planet but we skip over a bit of water to Perth, Australia and find an outstanding singer/song writer named Andy Michaels. We then have a grand finale with 3 songs from him. I have to be honest. I am a fan of his and purposefully gave him the "headliner"spot on this because of it. But when you hear them I think you will agree. All 3 songs are from his 2019 album "Incendiary Heart" including the title track. He did have some help on this album from 5 different artists and he chose them wisely with Tiarna Madison on vocals on "Incendiary Heart". The middle song is "Darling It Hurts" and we finish with my personal favorite of the episode, ""Only Love Knows the Meaning of Goodbye". It's got this really cool cello at the beginning and just sets the vibe of the entire song.
