So friends, today I trained my biceps in the gym which is the muscular body part of our body, which I trained today
I will tell you what type of exercises I did and how I did them, which made a difference in my biceps growth and how my biceps got stronger.
First of all friends, by warming up you should open the joints of your hands which helps you in lifting more weight.
While exercising, we have to keep in mind that our reps should be fixed, neither more nor less, if we have to do 10 then we have to do it. We have to exercise keeping this in mind.
So I will tell you what exercises I did today and how I did them.
Barbell curl :
The first exercise I did today was the barbell curl which primarily targets the biceps brachii muscle, this exercise is an effective way to increase arm strength and size.
I did 3 sets of 10 repetitions of this in which the last set lasted till my failure.
While exercising, we should give our body at least 2 minutes of rest after each exercise. We should not exercise continuously.
preacher curl :
The second exercise is the preacher curl which is performed on a special bench called a preacher bench. This exercise focuses specifically on the lower part of the biceps brachii and helps reduce cheating because your upper arms rest on the bench.
Hammer curl :
The third exercise I did was the hammer curl which is a strength training exercise that targets the biceps brachii as well as the brachialis and brachioradialis (forearm muscles). This is a great variation of the traditional biceps curl.
Because it focuses more on arm thickness and grip strength. When doing hammer curls, your palms are facing each other, as if you were holding a hammer, hence the name "hammer curl".
Cable curl :
The fourth exercise is the cable curl, which is a great exercise that uses a cable machine to train the biceps. The cable machine provides constant tension throughout the entire range of motion, which may be more effective for muscle growth than dumbbell or barbell curls.
