Hello friends, I hope that all of you are healthy and efficient and are living a happy and peaceful life. So friends, as my daily routine starts nowadays, like everyday, today also I got up at 4:30, drank hot water, added honey and lemon to it and went towards my gym. This gym is not very far and it is a 10-minute walk from my room to the gym, so I go on foot to the gym and as we reach in the morning, I straightened it a little and did some squats, after that I did it. Today also my routing was the same. Today I ran for about 2 kilometers and after that I did cycling and this was my routine for about 15 to 20 minutes. After that the exercise that I did was back. Today I did back exercise in my jeans, in which there are some different exercises, I did four sets of four, in which I did some sets with dumbbells and some with machines. I did four sets of 15-15 for one exercise. And today's exercise was for my back. After that I did some abs exercises and today was a very good day for me. After that I came back to my room.
