Do the things we should do, even if we don't want to.
Sometimes there are things that we really don't want to do, either because of laziness or we are really tired after a long day of responsibilities, this easily leads us to leave everything messy, take off our dirty clothes and leave them where they don't belong or leave the dishes dirty and so on. These are things that we don't always enjoy doing, especially when we just want to go to bed and disconnect from everything, but after an exhausting day in which we take everything off and leave it everywhere including dirty dishes and we convince ourselves that we will wash it when we wake up, what happens the next morning?
Yes, it has happened to all of us, we regret not having been a little more careful and not having taken a few minutes to wash the dishes, usually we wake up stressed and rushed trying to put in order all the mess we left the night before. Why does this happen? Well, because we do not have habits that lead us to avoid the stress and anxiety of everyday life, however, the good news is that we can always develop these good habits, which will undoubtedly help us grow as people and allow us to maintain a calmer mind.
For nobody is a secret that the disorder in our house influences us negatively, seeing that something is dirty or full of things causes us much discomfort and even if we are not at home, we have this thought permanently in mind "I have so many things to do when I arrive" or "I do not have a tidy space to work comfortably" and although it seems not, this negatively influences our performance during the day, a dirty and messy place can leave us mentally exhausted, because we do not feel calm.

Make your bed every morning when you wake up: Many experts on the subject say that if you start your day by tidying your bed, it is easier to face certain situations that arise during the day or even be more willing to perform the difficult tasks that you have to do, although there are many opinions about this habit, there is something we must keep in mind and that is that when our things are in order, a certain part of us feels calm, for no one is a secret that sometimes the worries and responsibilities of everyday life, make us so busy that even many find it difficult to take the time to make the bed.
So, developing this habit, although at first we do not really want to do it, is something that will influence us in a very positive way, the order of things does influence the order of our thoughts and ideas, especially because a tidy bed can help us to have a better rest when we return home, and rest is essential to our quality of life.
My experience: In my case, I always thought that tidying the bed was something that made me lose important time that I had to dedicate to get ready to leave early in case I had things to do, or even as a child, I thought it was useless to tidy the bed, if I was going to mess it up again when I went to bed. But how long can it take to make the bed? It only takes a few minutes and how satisfying it is to go to bed in a clean and tidy bed! Over time I learned that whether or not this habit is useful in helping us cope with difficult situations, it is still a habit that personally gives me peace of mind.

Let's not go to bed without leaving the dishes clean: On the other hand, washing the dishes is something that not all of us enjoy doing, in my case it is something that I really don't like, however, when we don't wash the dishes during the day and allow them to stay dirty all night, planning to wash them the next day, it can be a tiny act, but it can really cause us negative things, from stress to being upset with ourselves for not taking the time to do it the night before, a clean house makes us feel a kind of unexplainable inner peace, which can allow us to focus on other things and be calm.
Something that can help us is to have in the kitchen only necessary utensils, if we are few at home, it is not necessary to have an excessive amount of plates, glasses and cutlery, having one for each one is enough, this will also make that when washing the dishes, we do not have a mountain of dishes in the sink, something that the truth personally, to me, fills me with a lot of stress, it is simply unnecessary to have so many dishes, if we are few.
My experience: This was something really difficult for me, because as I said washing dishes is something that I don't like at all and also, it seems a task that never ends, because we must eat daily at least 3 times a day, however, for me it is terrible to get up and have to wash what was dirty from the previous day, so it is a small effort that is done in order to avoid unnecessary stress the next day and start my day very well, it is something that I still work on but I consider essential.

Avoid spending too much time on social networks: We understand that we cannot completely disconnect from the world and what happens in it, but we all know how much we are influenced by what we see on social networks, usually the algorithm throws us what we most enjoy seeing, whether food recipes or even interesting medical information, but we also understand that social networks are made for us to get hooked to them and we can not let go, the entertainment they offer us so easily.
However, they also rob us of very important time in our lives, which we can dedicate to something much more useful, such as learning a new skill or even growing in a spiritual sense, which is something very important. While social media can help us stay connected to important people in our lives, it can also lead us to disconnect and alienate ourselves from the people we love if we are not careful.
My experience: In my case, I loved watching videos related to medicine and so on and although these videos can teach us useful things, every now and then a funny video or any other topic would sneak in. It was hard to reduce the time I spent on networks so I had to set my phone to limit the time I used on some apps, this helped me a lot, as it allowed me to spend time on more important things.
Now I read more and dedicate time to learn new things that are useful for my personal growth, there are habits that take time to develop, but with patience and a little help we can do it and the results will always be positive. There are many others, however these are some that I consider important and that I personally have been working on and with which I have seen good results in my life.
Sometimes developing the habit of doing things that we do not really want to do, can contribute in a positive way to our life, so making a little effort can bring great results and take out of our life the excess of unnecessary stress, thank you very much for reading me, I hope you liked my publication, but above all that it has been useful in some way, see you soon friends, we will read each other next time.
