Greetings to all the friends of this great community, I hope today is a great day for you, it makes me happy to share with you my first post in which I share with you, why a place with minimalist style and following the rule of "less is more", we can feel calmer and have peace of mind and how I came to learn this.
The dosorden is noisy and stressful for me, and over the years I have realized that the more things there are in a place, no matter how much we want to overload it with details and ornaments, it will look bad, that's my way of thinking, but beyond that a few years ago I saw a lot of advertising, the kind that makes you want to have something for how much it makes your life easier, I wanted everything I saw and very rarely could get it, of course, I wanted these things precisely because of how "practical" they were and for the use I thought I could give it.
Time and circumstances changed everything, I went through situations that made me see things in a very different way, after a strong economic crisis, I realized that human beings are designed in a magnificent way, always with the desire to continue and therefore we look for different ways to do things, according to our possibilities. During this crisis the thought of buying any item from the television was impossible for me and my family, but we learned little by little to do things with what we have and the truth is that they have turned out well.

Material possessions can get us out of trouble and help us a lot, but when you cannot acquire them or you decide that it is not necessary then you develop abilities, skills and you also surprise yourself by what you can do, and I believe that this has a much greater value, one feels really fulfilled and sometimes too.
I learned this in times of hardship and scarcity, but it is something I am very happy to learn, why? Well, I value things and dedicate time to do many things that distract my mind from anything negative, I am very happy to look back and realize how I have grown, thanks to the fact that I could focus on things that are more important than money and expensive restaurants, are the moments when we smile from the heart.
Now, why do I think that the less material things we have the more peace of mind? Well, it is not easy to spend our life wishing to have things, every day they invent something new and it is tiring for our mind, getting frustrated for not getting everything and even if we can do it, having many things only makes us worry too much about losing them. That is to say, we will live worried about being robbed or because the excess of things at home overwhelms us and does not leave us a peaceful atmosphere at home.

In my case, I really like the minimalist style precisely because of the peace that can be found in it, few things, neutral and relaxing colors and a lot of order, after all, it is easier to keep a clean and tidy house when you have only what is necessary, right? The excessive amount of objects, whether they are of value or not, only accumulate dust, because sometimes we don't even use them sometimes.
Living with little does not mean being too poor, of course not, for me, it means understanding that there is more tranquility and peace of mind when there is enough space. To work without overwhelming me and stressing me out, I like to be in a calm place and I don't mean a very quiet place, but in one that gives me calm when I look at it, I don't need to have a lot of things on me, and when I can work like that, the day goes fast, calm and without stress, so yes, when there are few objects, I feel at peace and ready to give the best of me in my work.
