Greetings to all! Today I walked to the store. It's a bit far from my house, so I had time to meditate and observe those little details of nature that, many times, we don't have time to admire but that are there in sight, waiting to be admired.

Saludos a todos! Hoy fui caminando a la tienda. Esta un poco retirada de mi casa, así que tuve tiempo para meditar y observar aquellos pequeños detalles de la naturaleza que, muchas veces, no tenemos tiempo de admirar pero que están allí a la vista, esperando ser admirados.

The first thing I found was a beautiful and huge tree. Its thick, textured trunk, marked by the years. It made its way vertically next to the road but coexisting with the urbanism. Under this refreshing shade I stopped for a while to admire the mountains that decorate the Andean landscape.

Lo primero que encontré fue un bello y enorme árbol. Su tronco grueso, texturizado, marcado por los años. Se abrió paso verticalmente junto a la carretera pero coexistiendo con el urbanismo. Bajo esta refrescante sombra me paré un rato a admirar las montañas que decoran el paisaje andino.

Seeing its long leafy branches reaching up to the sky, makes me think how amazing nature is. I loved admiring this beautiful tree.

Ver sus largas ramas frondosas elevándose al cielo, me hace pensar lo asombrosa que es la naturaleza. Me encantó admirar este bello árbol.

When I went out in the morning, I could see how the sun peeked through the clouds and its rays illuminated the city. But that same afternoon I was able to appreciate the sunset from my balcony. I was able to realize that on both sides of my community the wonders of nature can be appreciated.

Cuando salí en la mañana, pude apreciar como el sol se asomaba entre las nubes y sus rayos iluminaban la ciudad. Pero esa misma tarde pude apreciar desde mi balcón el atardecer. Pude darme cuenta que a ambos lados de mi comunidad se pueden apreciar las maravillas de la naturaleza.

I also looked at some wild plants and remembered, for example, how much the arnica plant helped me to soothe my pain when I needed it, and although the flower I wanted to photograph was a bit wilted, I wanted to capture its beautiful color.

También observé algunas plantas silvestres y recordé, por ejemplo cuanto me ayudó la planta de árnica a calmar mi dolor cuando la necesité, y aunque la flor que quise fotografiar estaba un poco marchita, quise captar su hermoso color.
