Good evening to all my creatively clicking geniuses out there, cleverly clicking away and capturing your day through your eyes. I hope that you're all well, where ever you and and whatever you're recording.
So what is and how does a 35-ish year sunset work you might ask?
Well that's simply some gorgeous sunsets that I shot on 35mm film in the early 1980's (and 1 in 1994) and scanned today.
I have put them photoshop just to rub out a few of the scratches, bumped up the saturation and tweaked the steps to give them a bit more definition as they are quite faded just a bit, otherwise, they are as is/was.

These 2 were taken from my hometown backyard over looking the paddocks and the hills in the distance (you can tell by the tree- which by the way, is still there today..)

And this one, believe it or not, as I hardly believe it is a sunset...I never get up for sunsets.
I used to be up for sunsets, but never actually got up for them cause I was usually going to bed at that time...π€£ππ...
Except for this time cause I was out camping (probably still up actually...π€£π..)
Now I took a bit more creative liberties with this one to cover u a bit of the ink deterioration on the edges, but that about it.

This one was taken looking east up the Ashburton river in Western Australia in 1994 and if you look at the photo paper on the back, this was printed in Exmouth on the 25th May.

And here's the original so you can see that it is a gorgeous sunrise, but such a shame that time has taken it's toll on the printed photo...

Anyway, I hope that you enjoyed seeing what sunsets and sunrises look like 30/40 years ago and although old, they looked just as good then as they do now.
And unless otherwise stated- ALL photographs, are all my originals taken by me sometime in the past few decades or so somewhere in my travels and as such, ofcourse they are subject to all international IP and copyright laws and I may have already used them for my own commercial purposes here https://www.redbubble.com/people/CHOCOLATESCORPI/shop And here https://fineartamerica.com/art/chocolatescorpi, So please ask first if you want to use any of them as we wouldn't want you getting into trouble. Thank you π
