It’s that time of the year again, harvest. That being said, most Canadian prairie farmers at this time, are in their final hours of wrapping things up. From what I have heard, crop yields are not spectacular. You have to be a bit of a gambler if you farm, as you are at the mercy of the weather. Perhaps thats an over simplification. I certainly am no expert on farming, that is for sure. However, if you get the right kind of weather and other vital things right, then farming can be very lucrative! Farming is a way of life for some on the prairies, sometimes I wish I had grown up on a farm. Cattle, chickens, the whole nine yards. Wouldn’t that have been cool. Fresh eggs all the time, I would have loved that! But all them farm chores, ummmm.
