Smoke on the water, oh I meant to say Kayak on the water. In fact it was a little smoky out there with the recent forest fire activity around the area, but it did not stop kayakers wanting to enjoy the good old outdoors, irregardless of the elements. Next to hiking, spending time on the water is another great activity to enjoy while in the Canadian Rockies. So many things to do, so little time. Could you imagine being retired and having all the time in the world to do anything your heart desires? Someday I will be able to just go when I want, stay as long as I want, come back when I want, spend as much I want (hopefully), and just enjoy my time as I see fit!
