Rusty is the cutest cat in the entire world.

Dusty just chillin waiting for his chance to get out from under the patio.

Love this little guy.
Its been a while since I shared any pictures of my pets. I have been so busy lately that I haven't had time to go play outside with my furbabies, so it was nice to finally get some time to bring them all outside and let them roam. Sammy and Sophie still aren't fans of going outside, which is fine with me because if I had all five cats out there, I am sure I would lose at least one of them.
Whenever the dogs are outside with the cats, they do a pretty good job at keeping them close to the house and don't let them wander off too far. Rusty and Dusty don't like the dogs chasing them around keeping them close, so they just hang out underneath the patio like a couple weirdos.
I took these pictures about an hour or so before sunset, which is the perfect time to get some really good lighting. We have been having a lot of clouds in the sky in the evenings, which really helps to make some great photos. I took these with my 50mm f/1.2, which does an amazing job at creating some really nice bokeh. This is probably my favorite lens to get some really creamy bokeh. The only problem is that when you open it up to f/1.2, you lose a lot of sharpness. f/1.8 is really good at keeping things clear while still allowing plenty of light in. The only issue with using this lens is that at f/1.2, it does take quite a bit of practice to really get the focus right, because the depth of field is so shallow.
Well, I am gonna get going. Tonight is the summer party at my wife's work and we are going to a waterpark to play on some water slides. It is going to be epic. Hopefully I don't eat too much pizza and puke in the pool.
