Hi! Dear Hive Members hope you all are well. As weather is becoming cold and cold day by day and everyone loves to spend time in their blanket with a pack of dry fruits.
Today I crave for the "Peanuts" as it's my favorite dry fruit and have some clicks of that it's beneficial for health too.
Peanuts ( Arachis hypogaea )also known as the "ground nut" are an important food crop grown widely in the tropics and warmer temperature region of the world.It mainly originated from south America but now grown in many region of world. Botanically it's not a true nut but a legume.
Peanuts are good source of fibers, which helps to reduce inflammation throughout body as well as aids our digestive system. It also improve heart health, lower diabetes risk and promote a healthy weight.
It also includes B group vitamins, vitamin E and minerals like Iron, Zinc, Potassium and magnesium.
It also moisturizes skin and fight acne.
Peanuts also promotes healthy hair growth and prevents hair loss. Makes our brain sharper, improve vision, reduce risk of cancer and make the bone strong.
