Greetings photography lovers hivers, I recently took these pictures in the Caracas subway. I like them very much. Everyday life is full of particularities, what I like most about documentary photography is the richness of the environment without any manipulation. Besides, the ephemeral character of each captured instant is priceless.
I think that there is no better way to know ourselves as a society than going out to observe in detail, our environment speaks without restrictions, it is enough to learn to see. Behavior, gestures, looks, conversations, spaces, colors, lines are systems of codes that make up millions of very clear messages. But we rarely stop to decode the information, all this wealth goes unnoticed before us, a society that speaks of itself shouting every day.
That is why I believe in documentary photography as a means to understand much better who we are. Because it seeks truth before beauty, or perhaps beauty resides in the truth it tries to convey. I believe that it is a good instrument to observe and that we need it, now and always.
I know that the technique of the photographs that I share today may not be the best, I took them with my tecno spark 10pro cell phone. However, when I photograph the street I don't pay so much attention to the technique but to the feeling that this moment can evoke.

Saludos hivers amantes de la fotografía, hace poco realicé estás fotografías en el metro de Caracas. Me gustan bastante. La cotidianidad está llena de particularidades, lo que más me gusta de la fotografía documental es la riqueza del entorno sin manipulación alguna. Además el carácter efímero de cada instante captado no tiene precio.
Pienso que, no hay mejor forma de conocernos como sociedad que saliendo a observar detalladamente, nuestro entorno habla sin restricciones, basta con aprender a ver. Comportamientos, gestos, miradas, conversaciones, espacios, colores, líneas son sistemas de códigos conformando millones de mensajes muy claros. Pero pocas veces nos detenemos a decodificar la información, toda esta riqueza pasa desapercibida ante nosotros, una sociedad que hablá de si misma a gritos cada día.
Por eso creo en la fotografía documental como el medio para entender muchísimo mejor quienes somos. Porque ella busca la verdad antes que la belleza, o tal vez la belleza reside en la verdad que intenta transmitir. Creo que es un buen instrumento para observamos y que necesitamos de ella, ahora y siempre.
Se que la técnica de las fotografías que hoy comparto tal vez no es la mejor, las realicé con mi celular tecno spark 10pro. Sin embargo cuando fotografío la calle no presto tanta atención a la técnica sino a la sensación que ese momento puede llegar a evocar.
