In this part of the world, pests are endangering the life cycle of plants, that was exactly what I came to understand about the plants around me.
Yesterday, I saw in a certain plant how pest has chewed some parts of the leaf, and this morning, on my walk around, looking for plants to captured, it wasn’t without the same experience.
A pest also chewed this three leaf yam, and it make me think of how farmer’s are suffering in the hand of pests.
And, some of them are facing lack of pesticides materials to combat these pests, because the more the take off part’s of the leaf, it will affect the plants growth, and at the same time, limit it produce.
A three leaf yam is an annual plants, that is eaten once in a year.
These are the pictures i captured from the plant, if the chewed part of the leaf can give me this kind of thoughts, what about the farmer, how will the farmer felt on seeing what the pests are doing.
