Hello everyone! Ready for a surreal walk?
A walk on the Kings Bay beach in the UK, turned out to be a surreal adventure.
This entry is for @friendlymoose epic #FPC, this round on the theme: GREEN.
Here am I presenting a cool GREEN haircut of an “alien ish, maritime creature”.
Most of the beach was covered in bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) which is a seaweed that can be found on the coast of the North Sea & the western Baltic Sea. Also at the Atlantic & Pacific Oceans.
is a seaweed found on the coasts of the North Sea, the western Baltic Sea and the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. This one was the original source of iodine, discovered in the 1811.
For me this seaweed looks quite alienish. The waters were moving out & revealed this surreal alien scene of Mother Nature. In the middle of this beach covered by bladderwrack, a funky rock presence is immediately catching one’s eye. It look like a skull of a maritime creature & all the seaweed look like it’s body, emerging from the waters in order to take over the man kind. It’s green hair trimmed at an underwater punk hairdresser seems quite funny & funky.
I hope you see what I see.
Sorry for the low quality of the next two pictures, they are screenshots out of the videos I took.
Thank you for your time.
Hope you enjoyed the surreal walk & the encounter with the creature with the Green hair.
With Love,
Iulia Qiparosa
