I was supposed to write blogs about different tourist spots I've been to in Taiwan but it seemed I could not. More like I pick whichever I wanted to share on the thousands of photos on my laptop in the community I think it would fit in.
On our way back home at night after an exhausting trip and strolling around Taipei we decided to pull over here to grab some food at the same time stretch our numb muscles from hours of sitting in the car. There was an incoming typhoon so droplets of water were pouring from the sky. Not only that, the wind blows that we need to face our umbrellas in a spot not against the blow or else it will be folded, damaged and we will be soaked in the rain.
Lover's bridge at Tamsui was one of the best spots for a stop over as you can enjoy the romantic vibe at night or twilight. Thus, at first I couldn't appreciate it. Even my first shots say so.
It was dark, the lights seemed against my phone camera and the outcome wasn't good. Couldn't find a right angle as I was cold 🤣. We need to cross the bridge as at the other side there are several stores selling seafoods convenient to eat even at the car. I am already settled on no decent photos here, not until we are almost at the last stairs. My phone had a night mode right? A goodness why only now I remembered about it!
Here is the first take! Awesome! Only then I realized that the bridge colors changes from white, red and pink!
My luck started as the rain stopped for a while so I was able to take photos safely. No chance of getting wet. Below the bridge are the boats as this is also a fisherman's wharf.
I tried taking more photos of the boats but the light from the post reflects against the camera.
Thus on the other side, lights reflect in a good way creating shades of pink. Pink is LOVE ♥️💗 after all.

This is the side where you can have the relaxing view of the ocean, perhaps standing against the railings, walking side by side at the boardwalk or sitting on the benches.
Afterwards, we go directly to the food stalls and check whatever foods we can buy to fill our tummy.

Squid balls, fries, calamares, crabs that upon sniffing the aroma my stomach growl! Mostly, all are seafood except for fries of course but naaaa, I had my anti -allergies with me. Eat now and drink medicine later! Crispy crabs were worth it 😂.
While heading back at the car, that's the one of the other instances that I appreciate the beauty of Lover's bridge.

As the colors illuminate, changing or mixed up from time to time bringing out a charming, lovey-dovey feeling for LOVERS.
If street food wasn't your cup of tea, nothing to worry about as there are several restaurants, fast foods where you can choose to dine.

Here is the front view by the way but a tractor was left as the landscape area was under renovation. Still, I tried my best to capture a sight.
After a short break, we hit the road and continue the journey back to Kaohsiung.
Hello photography lovers, I am quite a newbie when it comes to this. As a matter of fact I only became conscious of taking pictures when I joined blogging. Yet, Also this is my first time posting to the community, hope my blog fits here.
