So it happened... The big events that is a main cause for me planning this trip, in this particular way...
This is about photography of course, so I won't mention the lethal things going on, so this will be about cats again!
Marigold is an extremely bouncy furball, but after a while she will calm down, and can be nice to have around as in the first picture here.
But its Zimba who has this extra quality, he can sense it when I have to go through lots of nasty things online, sometimes he comes to me to purr and get things to another, saner level hehe...
Is there something about cats? I tend to think so after these experiences... Some say that they're guardians on deeper levels, and I don't know how all of the stress might have worked on me the past years without them...
Now that Charcoal and Tiger have pooled their kittens together I have also been able to observe so much about their instincts around collaboration, and keeping their kittens safer that way.
They also have very distinct personalities, and of course a huge part of that comes down to their function. Marigold will sneer at the kittens, but Zimba as a male takes a keen interest, in a protective way.
He is really something, at the moment quite dependent on me, but also he's changing rapidly now, towards a more independent, male cat.
I guess he'll take off to start his own family at least within this year...
Of course cats are predators too! Little Lynx here really accepted the challenge in some way when I pushed that fisheye into his face hehe!
But compared to what insane people with too much power do globally he is of course on the level of an enlightened monk or something like that...
I guess we all miss Leica, he was the one training the small ones to fight, in funny and careful ways...
They need that of course, there are predators out there... But most of perhaps they need to feel safe together here, as they do most days.
I guess there is a good thing about events for them, actually, since I won't be flying through the Middle East right now I can stay a bit longer, maybe until all the kittens start really challenging their mothers!
They're already feeling the pressure, I had to get Tiger from the other house twice now, but also their collaboration has made it easier this time.
Soon we'll have tiny kittens running all over, that is for sure!
That's all for today...
