Firm in the face of adversity.

Having an unwavering attitude in the face of life is not like what they make you believe on Tik Tok or Instagram, no. Getting the strength to always stand up in the face of adversity can only be achieved by getting up again and again.

It won't be easy all the time, believe me, but you will have to do it every time you have a stumble or when you find yourself in those dead ends in which life corners us every chance it gets.

Yesterday I was talking to Gabriela and she told me something I will never forget,

Today is not my best moment... But I'll be fine, just give me a chance.

And I have no doubt about that, I know you will be fine and you will do better.

Her body is the visual medium with which she expresses her rebelliousness in the face of difficulties and her defiant way of facing all those situations that try to corner her.

If there is someone who has stood firm in the face of adversity and has known how to stand up no matter how many dead ends life takes her to, that is my beautiful Grabriela. And this portrait is a faithful reflection of her unbreakable spirit.
